Front suspension is making strange noise

I have a matching model donor truck and project truck, wanting the walking beam and diffs taken out of my donor truck and fitted to the project truck. The donor truck can be left without rear suspension, etc. I can supply hand tools, pneumatic rattle gun and air supply. Holes will need to be drilled in chassis to match new mounts.
