The bracket for our rear engine mount broke in half while at a mechanic and they now want us to wait 4 business days while a new one flies in. Another mechanic suggested we find a welder who might be able to fix our broken one, so here we are. Please take a look at the pictures and let me know if it’s something you’re capable of - it’s a 2-pronged arm so would have to be pretty precise for it to refit to the engine.

Hoping to find someone to take on swapping out a hydro locked engine in a Peugeot 307 2.0 diesel. Have a second hand engine ready to be delivered, vehicle is running (horribly) but all other components ok. Happy to organise towing etc. and ok paying time and materials. Not in a rush.
