Hi im going look at a second hand hilux tomorrow. Id like someone with mechanical knowledge to come look over the vehicle for me and give me advice on purchase. The car is a 2006 3ltr diesel 4x4 hilux. My main concern is some people replace the dash in cars like these before selling to show lower ks on the odometer. The car has 170xxx ks id like someone to have a look over wear an tear on the car and tell me if they think the ks are honest or if the car represents a higher kilometre vehicle with a dodgy odo. Someone with who sees these type of vehicles alot would have a good idea I think. Car is in point Cook and I want to inspect car tomorrow afternoon/evening. Cheers
