Rust Removal

Car Body Repair: Filling Holes caused by Rust
After any rust has been sanded off from problem spots on the car body, there will likely be holes left by the offending rust. My Toyota Aurion 2009 was hit by a passing car on the rear left side, as seen in the images. My understanding is that the bumper can be salvaged, and the hood needs a replacement. Apart from this, I think the wheel arch panel might have been slightly compressed, as the fuel lid no longer closes freely as it used to. I believe there is a slight nudge on the wheel arch panel. Can I quote for a) for the entire repair, including the hood and bumper b) A quote just for damage that might have caused under the bumper, which addresses the fuel lid closure problem, and salvaging the existing bumper (so I can work on the hood myself).
