Find an experienced business consultant in North Sydney

Unfortunately due to personal circumstances, I am looking for someone to takeover my role as Office Administrator and Personal Assistant. The job is for a gentleman who runs his business from his home. The company name is Finoptix. The job is 2 days a week (potentially more during busier periods of the year, eg Tax time, before Christmas etc), most likely Mondays and Tuesdays. Hours vary but usually 11:30am-4pm (finish time is negotiable. This is my current finish time as I have to collect my daughter from daycare). Applicant must have a confident background in Business Taxation/BAS. Task duties include, but not limited to: - General admin duties including: client communication, organisation of files, scanning and uploading client files etc -Tax organisation for accounts (Compiling bank statements, deductible % on expenses, photographing and filing receipts etc) - Marketing Management - Adhoc assistance with personal matters Would suit a parent or someone who requires a flexible work schedule as the gentleman is very understanding and has a young child of his own so understands what parenthood is like. Work environment is very laid back and easy going. I will be able to remain in contact should the applicant have any questions until the applicant gets on their feet.
