Draftsperson required for 3D CAD drawings for minor renovation. Project includes enclosure of balcony, new deck and internal staircase. Experience in minor alterations and additions to residential properties. Preferably knowledge of Northern Beaches Council. We have hand drawn plans by architect and now require these to be converted into CAD drawings. We will also need you to provide sections and elevations to the standard required for a Complying Development Certificate or Development Application. We have had a land survey done. I live in a new house in Warriewood which is on an estate and part of a Community Title, so in effect a Strata managed by an Executive Committee. I aim to engage a carpenter/builder to build a bbq bench out of lightweight breeze block and timber, with a timber and corrugate polycarbonate roof above it, this will be at the side/rear of the house but not attached to the house. There is a Community Management Statement which states that any additions need to be visually sympathetic etc. to the house and estate etc. which is absolutely the intention. So I would like a simple plan with dimensions drawn of the proposed bench and roof to lodge it as part of the application I need to make to the Strata. I have supporting photographs of similar roofs etc. which I have seen locally that I will also lodge with the application.
