I’m looking for an experienced YouTube video editor for ongoing work, with the goal of producing approximately one long-form YouTube video per day. I create livestream/debate-style content and already have a large amount of footage available. The editor’s job will be to go through my existing livestreams, identify the strongest and most engaging conversations/segments, and turn them into polished long-form YouTube videos (generally around 10–30 minutes). I’m looking for someone who understands YouTube pacing and retention — not simply someone who cuts footage. Editing may include creating a strong opening hook, removing unnecessary/dead sections, improving pacing, adding zooms/text/graphics where appropriate, cleaning up audio, and generally making the finished video engaging while keeping the conversation authentic. I am looking for someone to edit 16 videos (short 1 min to 1.5min) for social media posts across Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook each month. I will upload the raw content and require these to be done over a week ready to be utilised over the following 4 weeks. I would also like 12 images for marketing to be developed each month.
