I’m looking for an experienced YouTube video editor for ongoing work, with the goal of producing approximately one long-form YouTube video per day. I create livestream/debate-style content and already have a large amount of footage available. The editor’s job will be to go through my existing livestreams, identify the strongest and most engaging conversations/segments, and turn them into polished long-form YouTube videos (generally around 10–30 minutes). I’m looking for someone who understands YouTube pacing and retention — not simply someone who cuts footage. Editing may include creating a strong opening hook, removing unnecessary/dead sections, improving pacing, adding zooms/text/graphics where appropriate, cleaning up audio, and generally making the finished video engaging while keeping the conversation authentic. Important: I would prefer someone based in Sydney, ideally Western Sydney or surrounding areas, because I’d like the ability to meet in person and occasionally work together face-to-face. This could become consistent, long-term paid work if we work well together. For now, I’d like to start with a paid trial video before agreeing to an ongoing arrangement. When applying, please send: • Examples of long-form YouTube videos you’ve edited • What editing software you use • Your typical turnaround time • Your rate per video and/or expected rate for ongoing daily work • Where in Sydney you’re based I’m happy to discuss pricing depending on experience and quality. One important thing: I would not put your

I'm looking for a video editor to help turn my raw videos into both short-form social media content and polished long-form videos. I have a large library of videos (typically 5-20 minutes long) where I talk about topics such as health, mental health, mindfulness, and living in the present moment, often while exercising. For each video, I would like: • A clean long-form version with all unnecessary pauses, silence, "ums", "ahs", and dead space removed. • Multiple engaging short-form clips created for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. The videos are currently unedited, so I'm looking for someone who can identify strong moments, create engaging clips, add captions if required, and produce professional, polished content. This is not a one-off job. I have a significant amount of content to edit, so if we're a good fit and the quality is high, there will be ongoing work available.
