You'll need to be on site from approximately 1pm to 10pm, with ceremony at 3pm and reception at 5pm. We're most interested in documenting the event (rather than a heavily edited cut), so you should provide all unedited footage at the end of day, either uploaded to Google Drive (or similar) or physically on USB storage (We'll pay reasonable costs of the physical media) . In saying that, if you can provide a quick highlight cut (~2-3 minutes) within a few days of the event that would be a plus.
