I bought a sofa-bed (single size) online. However, it has a manufacturing error - the zipper to let down one set of feet (to convert the chair into a bed) has no zip. The zip is perfectly installed but the head of the zipper is missing (doesn't feel like its in the side seem. I believe the chair would require the current zip to be removed and a new zip - with zipper - to be sewn in.
