I'm looking for a quote for an exterior clean in Coolangatta. Scope of work: - Pressure wash / water blast the exterior of the house on the upstairs and downstairs wraparound deck, where accessible and appropriate for the surfaces. - Remove weeds from the outdoor paved areas and around the stairs/decks. - Clean the upstairs deck area's windows, outside, once the exterior washing is complete. The property has two outdoor levels, with a large wraparound deck upstairs and a smaller outdoor area downstairs. I'm looking for a refresh to remove built-up dirt, grime and general outdoor weathering on the house, no need to clean the deck. Please let me know your availability, estimated cost, and whether you can complete all of the above in one visit. I'd also appreciate advice on any surfaces that require a gentler cleaning method rather than high-pressure washing.
