The venue’s architecture (bluestone, timber, and barrel hall grandeur) does most of the talking, so florals should feel organic, sculptural, and light, enhancing rather than overpowering the space. What’s needed: Design consultation: chat through cost-effective, seasonal options that fit the brief. Bridal bouquet: whites and greens with touches of burgundy; loose and natural, no ribbons or fussy details. Ceremony (Grand Hall): one statement arch or feature framed with branches or foliage (dogwood, olive, layered greenery). Should feel airy and dramatic but not over-styled. Reception (Barrel Hall): 6–8 table arrangements (mixed heights in glass vases) or 2 larger urn-style pieces for visual impact. Must complement the barrels and architecture — no rustic bunches. Logistics: full delivery, installation, and pack-down (timing to be confirmed with the venue). Style & palette: whites, greens, subtle burgundy accents, and layered foliage.
