Flowers don’t need to be imported—locally sourced blooms are totally welcome! We’re drawn to a modern, elegant vibe with a touch of fruit-inspired freshness—minimalist yet creative. The decoration service fee is $1,000. Flowers and all other decorative materials will be fully reimbursed separately (not included in the service fee). If you bring a unique and innovative vision, we're flexible on the budget! The ceremony will be held in a garden with a lovely pavilion and natural blooms—we’d love some additional floral installations like hanging or trailing arrangements from the pavilion. I need someone to go to the flower market and get flowers for our wedding, assemble them and put them in bud vases (provided) and deliver them to the venue, and put them on tables. The venue is sergeants mess in Mosman. I have attached images for inspiration. I would like colourful arrangement including snap dragons, roses, poppies and others like the images. We need around 30. 2 on each table (there are 10 tables). Then some at the bar and on cocktail tables outside.

Hi, I am looking for someone to setup the reception venue for my wedding. We will provide all of the flowers (single stem roses in bud vases) and all of the decorations (candles, menus, placecards). The setup will consist in arranging the tables in a pretty way and placing the place cards and menus on the tables on the day. The time slot allocated to this will be anytime from 9am and it has to be ready by 4pm. 15 tables approx. + small bridal table (seats 4 people). Pick up of the flowers/decorations is in Darlinghurst/Balmain and the reception is in Blakehurst. You must be fit and able to lift. Efficient and can take initiative. Anywhere between 4 - 6 hours. Hello, my weddings are on the 30/11 and 1/12/24 at Epping Club and Gunners Barracks. The first ceremony is an Indian Mandap, while the second is a western style. We are DIYing a lot of it, hence I need someone who will be helping to set up the florals and centerpieces on the day of each wedding to ensure everything is beautiful!!
