This is for a small, simple, elegant wedding between 12 - 16 people with a white + green theme, inspired by the photos we will provide. Location: Royal Botanic Garden, Sydney Date: Sunday, 14 December 2025 Start Time: 6:00 AM Setup Pay: $600 total (This includes décor items, delivery, setup, and pack-down.) What we need you to provide: Simple white or cream draped wedding arch. Fresh floral/greenery arrangement (white + greenery). 12–16 white chairs. Signing table + small floral piece. Reception table items: tablecloth, runner, culinary, napkins, vases with natural flowers/centerpieces, LED candles/fairy lights. Any small décor pieces needed to match the inspiration photos. What you’ll do: Bring all décor items to the garden. Set up the ceremony space based on our inspiration photos (simple, elegant, clean). Set up the reception table: Fully dress the reception table so guests can sit and eat (tablecloth, chargers, napkins, vases, flowers, ribbons, candles). plates/cutlery(negotiable) Leave the space clean and tidy. Return after the reception to collect all décor items. Requirements: Must have your own décor inventory. Experience with weddings preferred. Reliable, punctual, professional. Able to arrive at 6 AM. Looking for someone to set up decorations at a wedding venue. There will be a small amount of decorations that will need to be collected from one location the rest will already be stored at the venue.
