We’re looking for an experienced event decorator to supply and install simple, elegant table decorations for a wedding reception aboard a Sydney Harbour boat cruise. Event details: Approximately 60 guests: 50 adults and 10 children Approximately six guest tables and one couple’s table Wedding date: 27/09/2026 Setup access: access will be arranged prior to the event Cruise return time: approximately 10pm The boat staff will arrange the tables and chairs and all cutlery. We require the Tasker to provide: Seven basic red and gold tablecloths Simple faux or preserved floral centrepieces for five adult tables One small arrangement for the couple’s table (no bridesmaids or groomsmen) LED candles and candleholders (or real candles if boat permits) Six table numbers 60 simple printed place cards Delivery to the wharf Complete setup before boarding Pack-down and collection when the boat returns No backdrop, arch, charger plates, or large floral installations are required. We’re looking for a minimal, elegant white, cream and greenery design. Your offer must be a fixed all-inclusive price covering décor hire, consumable materials, design, GST, transport, parking, loading, setup, pack-down and collection. Please clearly identify anything that is not included.

Needing someone to come to my wedding venue and pack up the decor at the end of the night (11:30pm) (table cloths, florals, vases etc) and drop it to an address nearby ( address to be advised). There will be some bulky items (mirror) which may require 2 people, a medium SUV or above will be required.
