I’m relaunching my photography business and need a capable, trustworthy assistant to help me with a two-part project: Part 1: Organise and Upload Photography Archive I have years of professional and personal photography files stored across: Multiple external hard drives Old phones and laptops I need someone to: Retrieve and review all files Separate personal from client/business content Organise the files clearly and upload to a cloud storage solution (Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar) Match client galleries to names/emails if possible Draft and send a one-time email to former clients (content provided) so they can access/download their photos before I delete them Part 2: Rebuild Photography Website & Email I previously had a website and business email, but they’re currently inactive. I want to: Set up a simple, stylish portfolio website (Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress) Reconnect my domain and re-establish my professional email Ensure future photo sharing and inquiries are seamless Ideal Skills: Great with digital organisation and cloud platforms Photography file knowledge (RAW, JPEG, etc.) Basic web design and domain/email setup Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and initiative Bonus if you’re also: Sydney-based (for in-person handover of devices — not essential) Familiar with photography businesses Capable of ongoing admin or VA support Budget: Open to offers — can be hourly or fixed price.
