I'm hosting an adults birthday party and need 2 x bartenders / Waitress to serve cocktails to my guests and some general tidying. Basic 3 cocktails. The party will be about 40 adult attendees at private house in Casuarina NSW 2487, 2nd of May Saturday at 1530hrs (NSW time). 4 to 5hrs each at $40 per hour cash. Some experienced will assist. Ideal Skills: - Bartending experience, particularly with cocktails - to make 3 set cocktails - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills - Ability to manage drink service at a small, intimate event - must be reliable - make set 3 to 4 cocktails - serve drinks - waiter drinks and some food - general tidying - pizza provided 4 to 5 hours each - $40 per hour each person Please share your relevant experience.

We have a lovely tusan villa for my 40th bday over Friday and Sat nights. Looking for 1-2 waitress / poker dealers to take that off our hands. Serving drinks, tidying up initially then poker dealing.
