Need rubbish in garden and store room loaded and taken to tip. We will reimburse separately any tip fees. Photos included to gauge amount. Includes 1 sink full of dishes, boxes at back of garden and 3 fairly empty shelves of big metal containers and tupperwares. Once empty the external storage room will need to be cleaned, which includes a toilet (doesn’t need to be cleaned well, just bleach poured down and room hosed. Mould on ceiling will need to be removed or painted over. Room can be swept and hosed down with hose next to room entrance. 4 windows need to be cleaned inside and out (cleaning products provided). The room is attached to the main house with free access. Also need to sweep front porch entrance and remove cobwebs. Ideal if you can also fix fly screen on front door, fly net provided.

We have around 8 suitcases a mirror and a desk to move and we’d love to get it done in one trip :)
