Please propose your budget, not sure how much it may cost. The tree stump is 28cm in diameter, next to the wall and a downpipe (which should not be damaged during the removal). It should be cut to at least the ground level, about 30cm tall, if not removed thoroughly. I have cleaned up the garden stones and soil around it, as in the second photo. The next step is to pave this area with concrete, around 100x60cm. If you're interested as well, I can adjust the budget of the job accordingly.
