Find professional tile and grout cleaning in Canberra Central

Need someone to fix up this mess. I had my bathroom renovated by an amateur. The bathtub probably needs some magic acid type thing to clean properly (this is what it looks like cleaned with normal products). And I just had a professional tiler tell me that they can't regrout it because the gap between the tiles and tub is too big. The silicone under the taps is coming off, so can't be cleaned. The end result doesn't need to be perfect, but just make it look cleaner than this please.

Floors and tiles Mainly- Some sticky spots and small paint specks need to be removed. Stairwell needs to be vacuumed. Tiles are outside and can easily just be water blasted. We have multiple floors that have 3 bathrooms of each floor. (Unisex, male and female) Each bathroom has 2-3 shower stalls (tiled) and also tiled floors and toilets. We require someone to regrout all bathrooms, including floor tiles. Prefer to pay per floor on completion (good for the taskers cash flow) can be paid daily. Budget suggested is per floor $750 Will provide the grout but Tasker will need to Wash tiles, Regrout (happy for you to just go over current grout) And then wash/clean tiles once complete. We have two older style bathrooms that we are trying to bring back to life. We need someone to do some grouting and in both bathrooms and sealing in the corners of the showers. Needs to be a neat tidy job.

We are after a PROFESSIONAL cleaner to come in and clean the tiles out the front and back of our house. There is quite a lot to be done. Some tiles have Efflorescence on them and we would like that removed. Please only respond if you have the products to do this particular job. I suspect this job would take a day! Sometime this week would be good!
