Find a professional swimming instructor in Sydney Eastern Suburbs

I'm in my 30s and have signed up to do my first ocean swim. I need some help to get a better technique so would like a lesson from someone who is a swim instructor or has been one in the past. My technique is all over the place and while I can swim the required distance I am very slow.

The reason for lack of ability is due to psychological trauma with the deep end of the pool.
