Ongoing swimming lessons (~1x per week) for short to medium term. Stroke/form correction. I can get across a pool and no fear of the water but very slow and inexperienced and wanting to improve for leisure/fitness purposes.

Have a heated indoor pool. I'm looking for a swim instructor to help me to feel comfortable swimming freestyle for longer with the goal of eventually swimming 400m. I have taken adult swim lessons before and know how to swim freestyle and breaststroke but I'm not very comfortable in the water and feel anxious if my head is underwater after one lap
