I am looking for a Swimming coach. I’m keen to improve my swimming technique and build towards a more efficient 2-minute pace for distance swims. At the moment, my PB sits around 2:45, and while I’m decently strong in freestyle, I’m looking to refine that further through technique, drill work and also improve in the other strokes where I’m much less confident. My main goals are to develop better technique, increase endurance, and ideally become more well-rounded across all strokes. Would love to hear from experienced coaches that could help with this and what your availability and coaching structure look like.

My son can swim independently in the pool so he needs specialised training to learn the 4 strokes so that he can qualify in the entry level squads in future. Need swimming lessons for myself. I am 49yo male. I can float and swim probably 25 m in shallow water. Deeper water where I can’t touch my feet, I am afraid to jump into. I guess I need someone to improve my swimming, teach floatation and get me comfortable with deeper water in a pool. Swimming up to 50m and getting.comfortable with deep water is my aim. Flexible around Blacktown, kellyville, Stanhope etc.
