On going weekly 1hr (probably 2x per week) swimming lessons for 2 school age children at home (30mins each). They are different level swimmers. Good and confident in the water but little swimming skills.

We are two friends looking for a private swimming lesson on Saturday (adults). Advanced level, looking for tips to improve technique and swim faster over 400m (freestyle in less than 9 min, currently around 10). Has to be Saturday, ideally around 12pm. Flexible on the pool location but has to be 50m length, ideally Eastern suburbs or close to city. Improve diving technique too (has to be allowed in the pool). At least 1 hour for 2 people.

I am looking for a Swimming coach. I’m keen to improve my swimming technique and build towards a more efficient 2-minute pace for distance swims. At the moment, my PB sits around 2:45, and while I’m decently strong in freestyle, I’m looking to refine that further through technique, drill work and also improve in the other strokes where I’m much less confident. My main goals are to develop better technique, increase endurance, and ideally become more well-rounded across all strokes.
