I have an existing Sonos setup which is working perfectly, however trying to register a new speaker (Move 2) and (according to Sonos) my Orbi RBR760 router is blocking the speaker being registered. This is seemingly a known issue but all the (supposed) fixes on Reddit etc are way beyond my technical capability. I’m looking for someone who has fixed this (or a very similar) issue before to swing by and work your magic.

Our Sonos system was installed a few years ago and has worked perfectly until recently, but since we upgraded our NBN connection and changed the modem the system has been playing up and only a few components work now.
