Emily was prompt in responding to my initial request for a singing lesson for my daughter and then organising an initial meeting and the first lesson. She explained everything thoroughly and spent time getting to know my daughter and her current skill set so she could organise a learning program and an appropriate teacher. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her.
