Wanting a dress made for a wedding

I need a dress maker/seamstress to sew a dress from a custom pattern I have designed. With the ability to help me modify the measurements if needed. Must be able to sew a basic smart causal dress with lining and a zip. I will provide the fabric for the dress, the lining and the zip. Potential for ongoing work too. I had to put a location in but i am happy to travel within 30 mins any direction.

I have a number of knitted scarves I would like sewn together to make a blanket/throw I’ve added a photo of a sample of the knitted strips, there are 8, average about 30cm wide and length about 130cm.
