Step 1: Install the camera in the best position
Most cameras are designed to attach to your number plate, but your installer will determine the correct placement for your type of vehicle to ensure maximum visibility. Step 2: Connect the power supply
Minor electrical work is completed to connect the camera to the power source, usually the wires powering your rear tail lights. Once the installation is completed, your camera will activate when you select reverse gear.
Step 3: Install the camera monitor for viewing

I’ve bought an aftermarket head unit which came with a reverse camera for my Mazda 3 2015. I’ve installed the head unit entirely, and have wired the rca wire to the head unit, however I’ve been unable to connect the rca wire and the actual reverse cameras black/red wires to anything in the boot as I’m not too sure how to do it, and would rather someone who knows this kind of stuff to attempt it. From what I know, all is left is wiring the rca wire and reverse cam wires to the break lights, or somewhere else which provides current when the cars in reverse. Should be a very quick and easy job for someone who knows how to do it, price is negotiable.
