Take the car to a wash, have it washed and vacuumed inside (there are three within 5 minutes from Carlisle) 4. Purchase a temporary vehicle permit to drive from its current location to the inspection in Welshpool (please note you will need to purchase this yourself. I will obviously reimburse you via Airtasker) 5. Drive the car to the Inspection in Welhspool 6. Wait around until the inspection is finished 7.
