I want to buy a car and it need pre purchase car indpection

I need an experienced mechanic or service technician to complete a pre-purchase inspection on a 2018 Hyundai Kona in Schofields 2762 NSW. I'd like them to check that the car has been serviced (look for logbooks, service stickers etc), has no rust, check fluid levels, check for any body damage or signs of accident repair, check for any warning lights, complete a cold start and listen for any signs of engine trouble, test drive it for a couple km, check engine and so on. Also check that the car has not been stolen, been on an accident, or is under financing. I would also appreciate advice on steps to follow after purchase as this is my first car and I don't know exactly what's needed to transfer ownership. Time is 5.30pm today.
