We have a possum in our apartment roof that we want to remove before cutting down the trees they use to get up there. The apartment block is 4 stories, though there is a bridge at the back which means you can access the roof from about 1.5 stories height. We have a garage at the back which would be a great place to place a trap rather than needing roof access

There is a ringtail possum setting up a nest in the chimney cavity or roof / gutter cavity that needs removing. I'll add some photos to the brief.

We appear to have a possum in our roof, although we have never seen if so I guess there is a possibility it is something else. Ideally we would like it caught and moved on to a more appropriate place. The ceiling is not particularly high.

Hi, possums potentially causing damage in residential roof and living room wall cavity. They have been there for quite a while and cause a fair bit of racket. There’s a dead possum in our tree. I’ve tried to get it out myself but it seems like its tail is caught on a branch and I don’t have the right tools to get it out (ladder isn’t tall enough). Probably 6-7m up the tree, hard to tell. With a ladder or the right gear it shouldn’t take more than a couple mins to fetch it out. Pictures attached

Removal of dead possum from the backyard

I’ve bit away for a few weeks for work, I got home and my wife told me that the kids thought there was something in the roof. We’ve lived here for six years, I go up in the roof all the time. I’ve never seen any evidence of anything being in the roof. last night lying in bed I woke up at midnight and there was something right above us that was scratching around for a while. It didn’t sound like a possum because it just seems very light. If it was a possum it would be a baby one. I suspect it’s more likely to be a mouse or something else so there’s definitely something in there. I’d like it removed as soon as possible.
