Evidence of possum/s accessing through our tiled roof…..we can hear them moving in the ceiling at night and early morning but also it seems they might be in the walls of the house at times. We can see 1 access point as they have moved several roof tiles to get in under the roof. House is semi elevated (1.25 stories on the low side where the possum is active and almost 2 stories on the high side) on a sloped block). We need someone who can clear the roof and install a one-way trap door .

We have noises in our roof cavity that we believe are possums / sugar gliders but are not sure as could also be rats. We have just moved into an old house in Reservoir and we have a possum in our roof. We don’t have a ladder so haven’t been up into manhole yet but can hear it every night. We’ve just come back from a week away and now there is a smell too - can you provide a quote to remove and patch up hole?

We require the removal of a dead (decomposing) possum from the ground of our carport. It will need to be put into a black garbage bag, sealed and disposed of into the red garbage bins at the front of our property. The bins are located at the front of our communal driveway. There is free street parking. You will need to bring a shovel and bin bag.
