Need to repair four small holes drlled by ikea man!!

Need a portion on plaster to be repaired after we found a leak in the adjoining bathroom. Size is approx 170cm/120cm. Would like it sealed and new plaster ready to be painted. Water leak has now been fixed. Been aired/drying since early November. (Wanted to wait till bathroom was fixed)

Repair Plaster wall and painting. Install two man hole in ceiling. 1) Repair a plaster wall ~40x35 cm. 2) Paint the wall after repair (paint will be provided). 3) Install two man holes, ~40x30 cm each. (the holes were opened) Please supply all the materials, such as plaster board, frame of the man holes, etc., for work above (except paint).

Experienced plasterer required for several minor repairs to the gyprock around a power outlet and old power outlet hole, as well as about 20 small holes where pictures have been hanging. I will supply the paint but you must supply all other materials and tools.

Cracking along parts of a bulkhead and cornice. Potentially needs replacing or if can be repaired. Have some other areas throughout house for inspection too if possible

Installed Attic Ladder and need the edge tidied up. I essentially want a flat finish with a 5mm or so gap around the attic door. (Example Photo Attached) No architrave please, just flat. Original ceiling is "horse hair" plaster. Unsure on budget so please advise.

Repair previously filled exhaust fan in the ceiling. Job looks to have been a bit DIY. Ceiling is dry but as can be seen finishes not good. In a ensuite bathroom looks like it was a 300 mm exhaust fan but area around also looks a bit damaged. Looks like a previous attempt was performed in the roof as quite a bit of giprock and even some small bits of timber are attached to ceiling in this area but looks very bodge job. No water damage

About 2x2m of the garage ceiling damaged by rain water.

Small repair on the ceiling plaster as a small patch is peeling off. A cornice needs to be re-glued (above kitchen) Three new power points/switches need a touch up. Small repairs where old light fittings were installed (patch up). This work will be done in preparation for painting.

New Kaboodle Kitchen is going into old villa. Walls damaged when old tiles came off. Need plaster touch up to neaten up before cupboards go in, and new tiles go on - doesn’t need to be perfectly finished. Just even enough for new tiles

Lower part of the walk in robe was wet from a shower leak last year. The plaster was taken off to allow it dry. Need a finished surface ready to paint.

Master bedroom has had wood panels removed off walls and paint is coming off in sheets in places so are taking it all back to plaster level. The plaster is dented, has holes back to black plaster and rough spots. Would like it repaired up to ready to seal level.
