Looking for an experienced handyman for 5 small repairs at a house in Sans Souci. Photos attached for each. 1. Plasterboard wall - small hole with torn paper face. Patch, sand and paint. 2. Plasterboard external corner (floor level) - an old patch has cracked and is crumbling, and the corner bead is damaged at the bottom. Remove loose filler, rebuild the corner (setting compound preferred), sand, seal and paint. 3. Bathroom vanity (3rd floor) - the silicone between the natural marble vanity top and the wall tiles has failed, with gaps in places. Remove all old silicone and reseal. Please use neutral-cure silicone that is safe for natural stone/marble (no acetoxy). Also reseal around the tap base if needed. 4. Skirting board (ground floor) - painted MDF skirting with a cracked joint and chipped paint exposing the MDF. Prime, fill, caulk the joint and repaint (semi-gloss). 5. Backyard stairs - one stone riser has come off. Clean and re-fix with exterior tile adhesive. Please check the other risers/treads for loose pieces, fill the gaps under the tread nosing, and remove weeds from the joints. 6. (Optional, please price separately) Hairline cracks in the rendered wall next to the stairs. Please supply all materials and include them in your quote. Paint colour needs to match the existing (white walls, white semi-gloss skirting).

I need three areas of wall damage repaired, patched and repainted to match. Garage wall. The wall has been dented and cracked at bumper height, just above the stone kerb. The area is roughly 1 m wide by 0.5 m high, with two main vertical cracks, some hairline cracking and a slight crease where the board has been pushed in. It may need a section of board replaced rather than a patch. Garage wall, second area. Similar damage to the above. Bedroom wall. A hole that needs patching.

This task is for plasterboard repairs and finishing, not termite treatment or structural timber repairs. There are four areas: A. Garage wall: Re-sheet the exposed wall around the existing doorway, plus repair the opened section of the bulkhead/lining above it. As shown in the photo, there is a rectangular section of plasterboard around the ceiling fan which was cut to install a support beam for the fan. Plaster patching to be sanded as obviously unable to do at time of patching As am now not available to finish Can be done today or tomorrow max of 1 hr onsite. Need your own tools ( sanding paper and hand sander is all you need )if possible ideally needs to be finished before 1130 tomorrow 18th if not done by this time. Our soundbar was previously wall-mounted beneath the TV but came loose after being pulled by our kids, leaving damage and holes in the plasterboard. Looking for someone to patch and repair the damaged area, securely remount the soundbar using appropriate wall anchors or studs, and tidy the cables.
