I'm looking for an experienced plasterer/painter to repair a number of areas around my home and then paint over the top of these areas. The work includes: Repair and set plaster around the top of built-in wardrobes where bulkhead work has been completed. Patch and feather ceiling/plaster joins so they're ready for paint. Repair and fill vertical chases in walls where electrical work has been completed (multiple locations). Patch around window and door frames where trim has been removed/reinstalled. Fill cracks, screw holes and minor damaged plaster. Sand all repairs smooth. Prime repaired areas and paint to match existing white walls/ceilings/trim (I can supply paint if needed, or happy for you to supply and include in your quote). The aim is for the repairs to blend seamlessly with the existing surfaces. I've attached photos of the main areas: Wardrobe bulkhead/plaster repairs. Several vertical wall chases. Our soundbar was previously wall-mounted beneath the TV but came loose after being pulled by our kids, leaving damage and holes in the plasterboard. Looking for someone to patch and repair the damaged area, securely remount the soundbar using appropriate wall anchors or studs, and tidy the cables. Repair two holes and water blisters in plasterboard and paint with ceiling white. The bigger hole is approximately 25cm diameter. The smaller hole is about 15 cm x 15cm. The area is a cafe and clean work important. Prefer the job to be done on Mondays after 1 pm. Ceiling height is about 3.5 m.

Plasterer needed to repair a damaged wall section in our office in Darlinghurst. A wall unit has been removed and the plasterboard behind is torn and peeling in several spots, roughly 2m wide x 2.5m high, above and beside a kitchen bench. Scope: 1. Patch damaged and delaminated sections. 2. Square off and finish the exposed edge where the old wall section was removed, next to the doorway. 3. The plasterboard on the ceiling has a small section with mould. I require for you to first determine if the mould is caused by condensation or by a water leak, and second to clean / repair the plasterboard. I'm including 2 pictures: one of them is close-up.

Patch small hole on wall

3 small drywall patches where paint and paper face have been pulled off, exposing gypsum core. Torn paper edges need trimming, filling, and the wall has a fine stipple texture that needs to be matched before repainting. Rental inspection on Friday the 24th of April - need it done ASAP.

I need these two concrete ends rendered / concreted that have been broken off when the gutter was replaced. See last photo for what it should look like.
