Find experienced party caterers in Tamborine Mountain

Staff only required for a private pool party in Tamborine Mountain on Sunday 13 December 2026, approximately 80 adults. We need two experienced cocktail bartenders from 1pm to 9pm, plus a third bartender from 1pm to 4pm for the arrival rush. Please allow for setup before service and pack down afterwards, and state your proposed arrival and finish times. We supply the existing bar, alcohol, mixers, ice and plastic serveware. Please bring your own cocktail tools, including shakers, strainers and jiggers. We are not seeking a drinks or mobile bar package. Ideally one lead bartender can help plan a manageable cocktail menu and provide ingredient and shopping quantities in advance. Please confirm cocktail experience, RSA certificates and relevant reviews. Offers welcome from a complete team or individual bartenders. If offering individually, clearly state which shift you can cover and your price. The suggested budget is for all three bartenders together and is open to quotes. Please include Sunday rates, travel, setup, pack down and any other charges. Optional extra: please quote separately for one waiter from 1pm to 9pm to circulate drinks, clear, take burger orders and collect food from the food truck. If available, also give a separate price for a second food runner for three hours during the busiest food service.
