We are having a country and western themed 40th at a private residence at Fig Tree Pocket on 9 May from 4pm-10pm. Expecting about 90 guests. We need someone to make 2 cocktails throughout the night- margaritas and aperols. We will supply the bar, the booze, ingredients, glassware and will have a catering team that will help to serve at the bar and help clean. We need someone to bring the cocktail making equipment, and know how to make a good marg and let me know what ingredients to get.
