Caitlin was super punctual and efficient which I appreciated. The feedback I had from guests were the drinks were not the best. We did prep sugar syrup for the cocktails which wasn’t touched, so not sure if it was forgotten or maybe she was unaware it was there. Caitlin was very focused on getting drinks out as quickly as possible which was great, but wasn’t interested in chatting with guests when people were trying to make conversation.
