Tore my gulwing canopy door off like an idiot need it bending back in to shape, no creases in the metal work so should be a case of some gentle persuasion

right side rear panel, i just need it pulled out i don’t need any painting

Reversed into a car and have cosmetic damage to the front. Bonnet is pushed in on the front corner near the headlight and is misaligned, but still opens, closes, and latches properly. Front bumper has a small dent and paint scuff. Please see photos attached I have circled the damage. Please provide quote, I’m looking for a budget-friendly repair, happy to pay cash. Ideally want to avoid bonnet replacement if possible but am open to expert opinion.
