Fix and re bury the sprinkler piping (about 15 meters). Dog dug it up and chewed it and wrecked it. Bury the pipes and re cover over and put mulch throughout garden bed. Trim and tidy back yard and maybe come once a month and tidy up, top up mulch. Recoat a deck roughly 5x5 with a step - Due date: Flexible
