You will let the staff lead the conversation, and give them every possible opportunity to serve you well. You do not need to make a purchase or sign up. Once you've visited the pop up, you will then fill out your online mystery shopping report within 2 hours of your visit. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. You will have 24 hours to complete the training from when it has been emailed to you. You cannot complete the shop till the training has been completed and our confirmation email has been sent to you. Please note: if there is no correspondence within a 24 hour period after you've been assigned, you will be cancelled off this task.
