You will need to be comfortable asking the server a number of brand based questions. Afterwards you will take some pictures of it (straight after it’s served to you and before consuming). You can then enjoy the product yourself. Your feedback will need to be recorded in a detailed online survey. The $40 is inclusive of the amount payable at the location ($8)+ the amount we pay you for completing the task / survey for the location. Includes fees. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: ● complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and ● submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. THE PROJECT We have a mystery shop available that will need to be completed by the due date. For this store, you will need to visit after 12pm on one of these dates. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the staff member’s product knowledge, store hygiene and assessing the product displays. The type of product enquiry you make in store changes each month which we will provide once allocated the task. You will need to purchase one of the products recommended by the staff member (related to the enquiry) In addition to the product you purchase that’s related to your enquiry, you will need to purchase a second product. This second product will need to be something that has to be cleaned so you can assess the call out procedure.
