I’m looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented to visit four furniture stores in Kotara and collect information on specific products within a set price range. This is a simple mystery shopping / competitor research task and should take around 60–90 minutes total. What you’ll need to do: Visit the four stores. For each store, find furniture items within a specific price range. Take clear photos of the product, price tag, description tag. Record the following details for 3–5 products per store: product name, price, size, materials / features listed, any current promotion or discount. Note any helpful selling information, such as: what the salesperson says about the product, warranty or guarantees, delivery offers, any promotional messaging in store. Important, please behave like a normal customer browsing the store. No need to reveal the task or take obvious notes while inside. Photos should be taken discreetly. In your mystery shopping report, you will evaluate the overall experience, including the service you receive and the quality of the class. After your class, you will be required to submit an online survey telling us about your experience. You will be reimbursed for your class cost.
