25 Loft and Attic Clearance in Sydney Eastern Suburbs

Need 2 strong people to move bed from garage to lifts and up to apartment about 100m Ends are extremely heavy approx 200kg Job shouldn’t take more than 20-30mins

I need a loft bed moved from garage to apartment. Ends are extremely heavy approx 200kg. Need two very strong people.

Attic needs clearing. Moving up and down attic stairs . younger strong person.

Easy access to underground carpark , can stop right at garage , goods wrapped and in liftable pieces as brand new loft bed Mattress is single All pieces fit in standard van

I need a strong man to clear out the contents of my loft on the second floor. They will need to carry several packing boxes of clothes, books, photo frames and other personal items down the loft ladder and a regular staircase to the ground floor. I expect the job to take about eight hours with one man or four hours if there are two of you. I will pay $25 per hour per person.

I have boxes, art, furniture etc in my attic storage that needs to be efficiently and thoughtfully placed to both make room for new things but to also be placed in a convenient way based in usage for easier access. It is a small place meaning you can not fully stand upright in the space. I estimate it would probably take two hours

Lift 12 -14 boxes up into the attic and bring a few down. These are 65 litre plastic containers with handles . Our attic has quite small steps, so would need to be a relatively slim and light person but obviously strong.
