someone has attempted to kick in door. so the left side of the door frame has been cracked and damaged. I think it was old so when we did actually open the door a lot was rotten, cracked. Garage door won’t open - not sure what’s going on. Remote works, automated door opener lifts the door by about 5cm and then stops. Tried to force open using the automated opener button to no avail - it tries but doesn’t manage to open it, as if it’s too heavy… Could be a broken string
