I need a locksmith as soon as possible to open my door. The deadlock is working seemingly but for some reason the door is completely stuck close as normal. I’ve lived here for three years. Never had this problem before.

Replace broken handle/lock on door

I need the following work done by a locksmith: 1) replace window locks (3 different windows) with new locks. Flexible as to type, can discuss. Current locks are rusting out/not reliable 2) replace current lock on front gate with a Smart Lock (ie one where you need a pin to open it). Needs to be auto-locking (and frankly I would favour one that needs the pin entered on both sides, if those are available). Please see images available of both the window (all three windows look exactly like this) and the front gate. Price is a placeholder, please quote what it would cost to do the job and can go from there. The lock on our side door is broken. We need it fixed or replaced!

Part of a key was stuck in lock, but I got it out. Now the lock of the sliding door is not properly installed.

We have 3 internal doors that have a lock and handle. We want to replace them with a new handle (which has a pin lock so no lock bolt needed) But the latch does not match up with the holes on door. So internal part of the door needs new wood put in, then new holes created. Then the door handle can be put in. Also the strike plate area will need to be patched correctly.
