The existing SHS-H505 lock is completely non-functional and will need to be fully removed. The replacement lock (SHP-DP609) is already purchased and ready for installation. We need an experienced locksmith or technician to inspect and fix a SAMSUNG SHS-H505 / SHS-H505FMK Digital Door Lock (Black, Touchscreen) that has stopped responding. The batteries have also been changed but to no luck. Details: 1. The digital lock is completely unresponsive even after replacing the batteries. 2. We need you to assess whether it can be repaired. 3. If it cannot be fixed, we’d appreciate your recommendation for a compatible replacement digital lock. 4.
