I broke a handle of a weld mesh storage cage in underground parking lot that needs urgent fixing. If replaced, it needs to be replaced with the exact same model and color. It's tricky to explain, but the cage itself doesn't belong to me, so there can be no signs of tampering, that it can be fixed back to the way it was.

The deadlatch on our outward-opening back door has broken and we need a locksmith or handyperson to supply and fit a new one asap. We are selling and have inspections Thursday. The old one was a Whitco gold plated double cylinder deadlatch. We would prefer a gold coloured replacement but will accept a silver or black one if necessary. Note: It must be for an outward opening door. The door already has the holes cut as well as the door frame. You just need to fit and align the lock. We are not fussy about matching the keys to our other door locks but if you can do that then that's great. I still have the barrel of the old lock if that helps. Our home is open for inspection on Thursday at 1:00pm so we need this done before then. We can be fairly flexible time wise. Some one will be home tomorrow Wed 14/2 from 7am to 3pm and 5pm until late as you want. Thanks in advance

Postal key has snapped off and is stuck inside lock. Looking for someone to remove this. Photo attached

My old smart lock stopped working. I need someone to remove old lock and install a new lockly smart lock which includes a deadbolt. Instructions are in the box. Will probably need to drill holes in door so you'll have to have the tools.

They key has gone missing so I have been advised by the strata that I need to replace the lock on my letterbox.
