Tried spare car key but it won't turn. Radio interior lights working. Have disconnected and reconnected the battery. There was a constant chime previously but no sound now

Front aluminium glass door, need a replacement Of 2 x Flush bolts. adjust so the there is no movement in the door. 2. reinstall the lock on a aluminium sliding door. 3. service 15 doors/locks, hinges and spindles, sliding wheels, sliding tracks and lubricate where needed to make sure smooth operation. 4. Adjust sliding garage door and install a new lock. 5. replace steel mesh on a security door. 6 service 2 steel screen swing doors. 7. Service 2 gates and one lock and add a new lock.

Need to fix the door as previous lock was banged out and then install the lock provided.

Unlock a door. We've locked our key in one of the rooms in the house, which is an office. The lock is very basic, but nevertheless, we can't unlock it.
