The pendant light above kitchen benchtop broke. I purchased a new one, same model, to replace it and need install by electrician.
At 2:30 in the morning tenants were asked to reschedule the job and then arrived late even after the revised time was agreed. During installation, one of the light fittings was broken (presumably by accident), which voided the warranty on the pendant light. The electrician refused to take responsibility for this. Also proceeded to threaten me and harass my tenants. Would not recommend.

I got 1 Chandelier that goes in Living room ceiling, 1 Crystal light goes in Rumpus room ceiling, 3 Pendant lights goes in Kitchen ceiling and 3 Led Wall light at Front wall and 2 Flashlight at Alfresco area that need installation. As there's all the connections ready just need to put the lights on. Don't worry about Crystals fitting as I can do it myself. -
