I’ve just had spinal surgery and need some short-term help around the house while I’m unable to bend or lift. I’m looking for someone reliable to come by for around 20 minutes every second day for at least the next 2 weeks (approximately 8 visits). Tasks will vary but are simple things I temporarily can’t do myself, such as: • Loading/unloading the dishwasher • Putting things away or picking things up from low levels • Taking rubbish out • Small amounts of tidying or cleaning • Other quick household tasks that involve bending or lifting This isn’t a full house clean - it’s helping with the small physical tasks I can’t safely do while recovering. Ideally looking for someone local who is happy with short, regular visits and can reliably arrive every second day. Please let me know your availability over the next 2 weeks starting Monday 21st and your price for the full 8 visits.

Hiya, Im a disabled woman and struggle to keep my home at the standard I need. If I could have someone come in and do basics once a week, Vacuum, clean the bathroom, do a couple of loads of laundry, wipe down kitchen benches, and maybe some other smaller things, I think that will improve my life considerably. Id prefer someone weekly but fortnightly would work too if needed. I dont have a lot of money but would be willing to negotiate things needing done so they fit into budget. Many Thanks Shaz and Sean
