Not sure where to start with this one and how long it will be for. Basically, I have cancer, I am too tired but after back surgery and treatment I am also unable to lift and do all the normal chores I used to and I now find it exhausting to cook for myself. - I require I follow a Strict alkaline nutrition plan for at least a few months after my overseas treatment ends in early September. I assume this job would be weekly it just depends on how I go… (Basically, organic fruit, veggies, some beans, legumes, spelt flour, coconut yoghurt, chia seeds, quinoa, millet… but NO TOFU or any sugar!) What I need help with: -To help prepare portioned daily juicing bags ready for me to juice in the mornings as I need to have it fresh. (x7 for a week) includes wash, chop veggies/fruit according to recipes -Make 5-7x breakfasts to last me the week (ideas: chia seed puddings with fruit, almond meal muffins that kind of stuff) -Batch cook falafels, zucchini fritters etc so I have some things frozen in the freezer for emergencies (any other ideas welcome) -food prep salad ingredients (washed, chopped, into containers so I can quickly put together a quick salad (roast sweet potatoes, veggies, quinoa etc) -make some ready to eat meals I can store in the fridge for a few days I will purchase all produce needed as it has to be all organic. Would love some help on different meal ideas as it can get quite boring. I would make a list of all the things I can eat and what I don’t like. I would purchase all the necessary food containers you would need but I would love it if the person came to my house to cook/prep the food as opposed to getting it delivered. I need help to organise kitchen lounge and bedroom

Basically Im a single mum with a 9 month old baby so i dont get too much spare time between him and my side job, which can take up quite a lot of time and creates more mess and with my adhd and lack of organisation skills it can become very stressful to wake up in an unorganised chaotic environment which then makes it hard to focus when i have a messy house! Im pretty much after a person who enjoys organising and rearranging stuff, doesnt mind general chores like washing dishes or wiping cupboards, folding washing and putting it all away etc. but i will be home at the time and also cleaning up and sorting through things, throwing heaps of stuff away (if you like anything that im throwing out you are more then welcome to keep). i basically just need another pair of hands because i will have to look after my son and probably will get distracted too. Hello As you can see by my pic, I am recovering from a procedure and finding jt very hard to see or do anything but eat and sleep ( I live alone ) I need a kind lady to come for a couple of hours and do some general cleaning - downstairs is floor boards and upstairs is two bedrooms. If you can just tidy my bathrooms and kitchen, I need my bed made aswell and maybe do a load of washing and clear out my fridge of a week old food. I also have some split system filters and my range hood and oven need a clean too.
