Hi, I am looking for someone to come to my house, ideally, and I will buy all the food and recipes ready to go. I would allocate 5 hours to do this each week, on the same day each week, any day other than Tuesday or Friday. You will be someone who has an understanding of food and nutrition with a focus on healthy and high protein. The food will range from dinners and lunches and everything will then be frozen, to use for that week. and a few snacks for the kids' lunches to be included!!!
