I have around 8 loads of washing to be done and folded

Hi I have a 3 bedroom townhouse but have turned my upstairs lounge room into another room (my bedroom, spare room that only has clothes in it, a nursery room that I no longer use and my daughters toy room) there are 2 bathrooms upstairs only one gets used and downstairs is the kitchen very tiny dining area and a toilet. I am very busy and involved with my daughter as a single mum so sometimes I struggle to keep on top of all the housework mainly my laundry my clothes are always washed just not always hung up and organised and I have a lot of them. I try my best to keep the house clean but I find it a lot easier to maintain it clean once I’ve had a cleaner come through. I would absolutely love for someone to come and just do an amazing clean for me, pull everything out of cupboards drawers wardrobes etc clean and put everything back however they think would suit I’m about to sign my lease for another 12 months so a fresh clean would be amazing. I would really love to find someone who has an outstanding attention to detail does all the small things just really really thorough as my house needs it. I need somebody who loves and enjoys what they do I’m happy to book someone for multiple hours across a couple of days as I understand this is quite a big job and I would love someone to work really hard to get this done I have tidied my house best I can and just really need someone to go over everything and make it sparkling for me there is no better feeling and better head space than living in a clean home. We are looking for someone for 3 hours once every 3 weeks to help with a combination of the following (not all in one visit necessarily, but whatever we need help with at the time): - fold and put away clothes - unpack and pack dishwasher - dusting - wipe down surfaces - vacuum - cook 1-2 snack foods (eg savory muffins or banana bread) We can supply everything needed for cooking and cleaning.

We have an outdoor spa that is on our lower pool deck which is going to be ripped up. We need the spa moved temporarily off the deck and up onto the patio which is about 1m higher than the pool deck. There are stairs between both decks that can be used. The spa needs to be moved about 10m distance in total. The spa is empty but still very heavy (a few hundred kg I imagine) so will need multiple strong people to move.

Preferably looking for a regular cleaner to carry out household tasks as we are a family with sometimes up to 3 kids in the house and two full time working parents. We are willing to do $40 an hour and trial out a cleaner to hopefully keep for a long time as we are expecting another kiddo soon. Ideal days would be 2 days a week (Monday & Friday if possible as Mumma works from home on these days and only has one kid at home) but we can change a few things around should any circumstances arise that a cleaner may need to change days. It is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house but one bedroom is used for storage so we don’t count that room. As mum is very busy she hardly gets time to do what other people may be able to do say to day and is struggling with pregnancy. Things that may be included are folding of washing, kitchen clean (including dishes from time to time), bathroom clean, dusting, disinfecting, vacuum and mopping.
