Aus Vision Realty Group is a Real estate agency specialized in Short-term stay /holiday home management. we have one new property in roleystone in city of armadale which require cleaners to take the cleaning job Cleaning is generally from 10am to 3pm on the check-out date. linen /towel wash needs to be done by the cleaner too. spare linen will be provided at the house. Cleaner is also required to deliver consumable to house. My office provide the consumables. For cleaning including linen wash we are happy to pay $200-250 each time . Cleaners are required to top up consumables each clean and purchase consumable for us on a monthly basis or receive shipment of consumables. Hey, we are a family of three (Alison, Iain and 7-month-old Teddy) looking for some support with household chores and housekeeping. This might include washing up, hoovering, keeping things tidy, sanitising Ted's bottles, light cooking, washing etc. It would be flexible as some weeks/months we'd need this more than others. We've particularly found it challenging to maintain with us both working and Ted being unwell several times with common winter bugs. We're really looking for a friendly face who is happy to help our little family. We don't have any blood-family here - so we're really looking for someone reliable to help :) We live in a small, 1st floor flat (just so you're aware, it's light work!). Happy to negotiate and chat about payment, but we're thinking something around the $25 per hour mark. - Due date: Flexible

Cleaner is also required to purchase consumables or receive consumable shipment for us, any purchase made for the house will be fully reimburse with petrol allowance at $20 per month. For cleaning including linen wash we are happy to pay $220 each time . For long stay ( more than 10 days) we pay $250/ clean. Cleaners are required to top up consumables each clean and purchase consumable for us on a monthly basis or receive shipment of consumables. I have a bedroom dedicated to being my wardrobe for all of my clothing, shoes, accessories, plus a few other random things. I am in need of some help organising/cleaning everything in this room plus another room in my house being my bedroom & potentially also my sewing room (but this is not needed). It would be greatly appreciated! I have honestly been in such a rut the past year and being in a somewhat messy environment is making me feel even worse. I would love for someone to help me do this so i can start to move on to doing things for myself in the spare time i have with no stress. I have several clothing racks and wardrobes that can be used. I also have a mood board for some inspiration. This could be a fun creative project and i am wanting to help the person completing the task (without the price changing).
